hi i cant find anywhere not eaven here wow wotlk patch 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 enGB plz if u know where to get them please link the two sites or something plz i rly need those patches

Up over by the FileFront logo on the top of the page is some text that says File Front Gaming network.

Scroll over it and there's a big list of games, click one and you'll get transported to the site that has files for those games.

i cant find those patches i am an idiot and i cannot find them on World of Warcraft Demos, Mods, Patches & File Downloads eaven on patches i cant find 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 if u know any other not so complicated link please give it im srry but im rly dumb....

3dgamers would have them. They normally have the patches the day they come out. Why don't you use the Launcher? Why do you need them?
