You can but you may not enjoy the experience. I dont think a dial up account can handle raids or mobs.

s long as you stick to soloing or crafting you are probably OK.

I would look around. You can get DSL service now starting at about $15 a month.

I think 300K DSL or higher is preferred, I'm currently playing between home and my barracks and I noticed that WoW is having difficulties with the 300K DSL offered at my base.
