Do you hate blizzard?

Blizzard always was one of my favourite gaming companies. Every single Blizzard game I bought was great.

There are some things about WoW that annoy me though, their technical support is a joke and any criticism is deleted in their forums.

Blizzard has been a very good company. They do the games fantastically! But when they are in control of how it turns out after the game is produced that is where they lack. They need staff devoted SOLELY to supporting the players. The system they have now is a complete joke.

Also: Why would you get power leveled.. Waste of money, and it is breaking the rules.

Sorry for bringing up what seems like a dead topic, but I feel like putting my 2 cents in...

First off, I'd like to note that Blizzard produces --in my opinion-- the best games available, period.

Now, about WoW...

You guys need to understand that there are 8 million subscribers to the game, and while I agree that sometimes their tech support may seem inadequite, it's insanity to expect them to attend to each and every one of the subscribers' problems and needs.
And why would they bother putting up with criticism? They have enough to deal with, they don't need to worry about people who hate their game.

Those people are called tech support, but they aren't there to help people satisfy their desires, they're there to fix real problems and make sure the game is running smoothly for the majority of users.

You need to understand the money you pay doesn't go straight into their pockets, the fee is there to maintain those 150+ servers so they can be up as much as possible, and make sure the game works. It's the difference between a single player game and an MMO. It isn't easy to maintain a server with thousands of players on it 24/7.

It basically comes down to opinion on whether you like them or not, but what I'm trying to get across is that there is a reason behind what they do and don't do, however obscure you may think they are.

blizzards games are good but they lack social things
Halo 2 online play was so well made it was nice
it never gets old. Blizzard works on its games more then making the people more comfortable and relaxed it gets bland after awhile
now if players could send others messages and lots of other stuff that would make it not only gaming but more socialy interactive which everyone likes have it that way it would make ways of trying to communicate to eachother easyier
