Most Blizzard communities, especially WoW, are quite sociable. I mean in WoW, you can get right in and you're automatically placed in the chat channels for each area. You join a guild, meet people, etc. I can't even count the amount of people I've gotten to know from WoW.

I sold my copy 3 months after I got it. They forgot to add on the box; "Multiplayer for ages 5-13".

Blizzard releases a game and continues to work on it to expand it's longevity and keep it going through the years. I'd rather buy a game and play it for a couple years than a couple months and be bored of it. Blizzard does an excellent jobs of keeping their products going strong, as well as adding Lore to them and keeping people interested. I've been stuck on WoW for well over a year now... I blame n0e.

I don't hate Blizzard, even if a patch comes out and is filled with bugs. Can't be easy to continue adding new code to a game of this size and try to keep 8 million people happy. I salute them for the great job they've been doing. I remain patient through patch times as I know it will work out in the end. Most importantly, Warlocks still own all other classes, haha.

i don't think i should hate them for that..they are the one controlling WOW and we just have to oblige to everything(which somewhat sux) but anyways..got respect for them for they made one of the greatest games today...!!

I typed in Google "Why do I hate Blizzard" - first link, was this forum.

Thing is, no-one here seems to be that passionate about hating the company.

Some make great justifications as to why anyone would hate it.

However, Blizzard suck and I hate them.

If I pay my hard earned money for a product or service - this is what I expect ...no excuses about how many customers (8 million) and how many expensive servers - I do not care, it does not wash. If they have priced their product well to allow for offering a service then this is what you should get,

Anything less is not acceptable.

Taxi driver who just dropped you 1 mile from home because he was too crap at driving you the full distance you paid for - because he had other customers or he needed to cut down on offering a FULL COMPLETE DECENT service as his costs were to high?

That's ok i'll walk from here - you charge me full amount and only deliver half the service. No you would not - you would demand the full service or your money back and find a taxi firm who will be professional.

If money we pay to Blizzard is not enough to provide a decent reliable service without constant disruptions and mistakes then they need to put the price up.

But the bottom line is ..Blizzard like so many other companies - cut back on offering decent or even acceptable service so the shareholders and directors get a nicer BMW or a new set of Golf Clubs.

My message to all that have power at Blizzard. REMEMBER who made you so HUGE - all the luxuries you have - your bottom line, the profit the loyalty of so many many people .... offer a decent support service if you can't offer a reliable game. Give something back in the way of thanks by employing more support staff instead of that $2000 lunch meeting!

While you are at it.....activate my bloody account or give me my money back!

No excuses ..you are rubbish and you care nothing for your members!
