Notice ive only used one shammy special talent.

EDIT - Oh just found out shammy has a skill called Flame Shock (DOT) so forget FD+Icetrap (only super quick reflex or lag can help).

EDIT2 - I should mention this is all with Marks Hunter , BM hunter might be different but dunno too much about that.

Hmm maybe i should respec to survival, we have a top tier talent that does 133 dmg over 21 seconds yummy!!21111

its too much to type if i started to use full sentences. I get very pissed about how gimped hunters are anyway.

Can't you try to put a bit more structure in your posts please? You don't have to use whole sentences, but Jesus, this isn't fun to read :)
Anyway, each fight is a bit different, there is no recipe which will lead you to a win, it's practice and timing. I'm not saying that it's easy for a hunter to win, only that it is possible. The one time I lost a fight to a hunter went like this:
The hunter spots me first, sends in his pet, uses his speed-reducing shot and after this his mana-burning shot. I am completly out of range and start closing the distance. By the time I arrive I have enough mana left for one frostshock. I kite him and manage to get a few melee-hits. He uses wing-clip, gets out of range. At this point I was at 50% hp and he at 80%. He shot me a few more times and then meleed me to the end.

As you can see, it depends on who has the initiative. It's mostly the same with rogues and shamans. The one who starts the fight usually wins (if both players have equal skill).
