k for the record,

test server is danny's

teamspeak server is pooh's

you can either run the game windowed or (if you need to make changes) reduce the full screen to windowed by hitting [ALT] + [ENTER] this will give you a video restart (map reload) but allow you to jump to other processes running with [ALT] + [TAB] , and of course after twiddling what you need you can go back to full screen by hitting [ALT] + [ENTER] a second time :)

p.s. alt enter is much faster than closing down the game and then firing it up again.
