Even if you do not have a microphone you will be able to listen into the rest of us so that you will know when/what we are doing/testing ect. It is far faster than typing. Even if you english is bad to horible (it's still probably better than Angel or bong's ) you will still get the gist of what's going on.

Also we do tend to have a lot of fun on there too.
dont mind him guys hell just go 999 everytime or making new disco textures in the wildwest

just a couple questions:

will the testing be on the lonewolfe server?
what TS server will we be meeting on?

also, i haven't d/l'ed the 1.6 yet, i wanted to know if i will still be able to play on 1.5 servers or if i have to copy the current WW folder and swap them back and forth (in the RtCWfolder) depending on which version i'm going to play...

Hey Rebel - I play 1.5 with the exact same files in - I just dumped the 1.6 ones in and only made backups of the ones that would be overwritten. Maybe they aren't all supposed to be there, but I play both 1.5 and 1.6 servers and jump back and forth between them without moving anything around.

You're welcome Rebel - yeah I play fullscreen too, so I finally picked myself up a second decent, used, 17" monitor. I'll have to plug it in and see what I can see. Of course finding a place for a second monitor around my desk is a completely different story. lol

if you're short on room, i have plenty on my desk....

are you able to have two monitors running off the same computer, and have 2 different displays?

Well. I picked up the monitor for a whole whopping $20, and I know you can buy refurbed ones from Tiger for not much more than that, so...go find your own!

Queeg taught me this - when you have dual outputs on your card, and hook up a second display, you can have an "extended" desktop. But, you can still play WW fullscreen on just one (It's doesn't seem to know that the second monitor is there). So you just make sure that your TS windows or anything else you want to keep an eye on are on the second screen and presto. I did it once before with a piece of junk monitor from long ago, but the resolution and color was always screwed up on it so I gave up. Modern monitors have the ability to change their own scan rates depending on the demands of the resolution etc, so it's a lot easier to deal with.
