| Ok here is the Meta Map. Thought it does look plain, i was going to put it into adobe flash to make it a interactive campaign map. If all goes to plan every time you mouse over a territory, it should light up or glow displaying the name of it and when that territory is clicked on it will link to a separate page that tells you who controls it and how many battles where fought there. MetaMap: Spoiler:

| I'm liking the Metamap! So we have a lot of Hive and a lot of Jungle and a tiny bit of snow. To make it less plain I guess you could add some pics of cities and jungles on it and an igloo. # Maybe have some desert and the bottom as a total polar opposite or wasteland? Will we stick with the Planet name of Faust?

| It is great to see things moving forward! I'm at a place where I need a bit more input for how we handle issues with the Honor Guard units. First I will recap where I think we are, just to make sure I don't have any of that wrong: 1. Honor Guard will be awarded based on how many territories are owned by each team. 2. If a team owns a territory, every member of that team gets an Honor Guard unit of equal strength. (Example, for the Idkov Wastelands territory the IG player receives an advanced Guardsmen squad, the SM a group of Scouts and the Eldar a Guardian Squad all for that one territory. If the opposing team takes over this territory Chaos gets a squad of cultists, Orks the sluggas, etc...) 3. When a territory is lost, the Honor Guard that had been received is lost and does not show up in the next battle, even if they had not actually died in battle or anything. 4. The Honor Guard units themselves are not present at the very start of the game but "Deepstrike" in two minutes after the game starts. Ok, that's about what I have so far, and here are some things I am wondering about, depending on how close we want this to be to the DC and SS campaign styles: 1. Will there be "garrisoning" of troops in territories so that only the ones involved in attacking and defending are involved in a particular skirmish, or will all the honor guard possible be present each time in every battle? 2. If we go with garrisoning, would there be a system of "planetary requisition" that we need to keep track of so that fallen Honor Guard squads get replaced only at a certain rate? This would be managable but a bit more complicated to keep track of, but a simpler alternative would be that no matter if they lived or died they would be available for battle in the next skirmish. 3. Do we want to attempt awards of commander wargear for number of kills and such? 4. Do we ever want to make possible forward bases? Possibly the defending team might have one of sorts?

I maybe think as well that the Honour guard should be a one off thing, like, you get it by winning a territory but if it dies it's dead, so you have to use it wisely. I'm not so sure if we should go with the idea or wargear, garrisons and forward bases. Kendall?
