Am i the only one who suspects this? ok so we all know of dow 2 and its trailers and its confirmed races but as i was watching the e3 trailer i noticed that it ended in the exact same way as the new tyranid trailer if u watch the first one YouTube - Dawn of War II - E3 2008 Trailer (HD) it ends in a place where it feels like something else is supposed to happen, it fades out and the dow2 logo fades in followed by the legal mumbo jumbo now the tyranid trailer YouTube - Dawn of War 2 Trailer Extended also seems like something else is supposed to happen before the dow2 logo fades in. am i the only one who suspects this of having more to it? not to mention just from browsing this forum a lot of people are disappointed that chaos got the chopping block. relic had to know of the disappointment for so many fans that chaos would not be in it so i was thinking would it be out of the question for the trailer to continue? introducing chaos to the game. i know relic announced there was only going to be 4 races but it just seems to me that there is something that doesnt add up. anybody else feel this way? |

Re: Am i the only one who suspects this? Imagine if Relic is planning on surprising us all and announcing Chaos will be in DoW2 just before they release the game. that would be awsome (and wishful thinking) |
Re: Am i the only one who suspects this? well i know its a long shot but i still cant shake the feeling that there is more to that trailer and who better to come in at the end then chaos. i personally dont even like chaos but i think they will pop in at the end if there is more to the trailer |
Re: Am i the only one who suspects this? Unfortunately, I think that's all there is to the trailer as well. There was only the Sargent left and the Tyranids were pretty obviously going to own his ass. I think it was just a crappily done ending. But I REALLY wish they had put Chaos in it. I'm definitely a Chaos fanboy, so heres hoping. :beer: |

I think the only 1 HB, when I 1st seen the original trailer I was chatting to beowolf on msn and I said “wtf that looks like a nid hive fleet u think nids will be in?” he na “I think it looks more like a chaos storm” so I went with that (cos as if relic would put nids in :P) and the second movie starting off on the same screen well not much to it there, I think nids were the surprise and that’s all were going to get tbh. |
