Your signature is the field found under your posts. It can either contain an image or a block of text or both. It still is. You currently have two banners for starters (being 400x65 each). That needs to be made into a single image somehow, so it'll be one image, that *looks like* two with the size of 400x130.

It wasn't a stupid question at all. I'd much rather people ask the obvious (or anything else they are unsure about) than for me to have to send them a PM on Friday telling them.

I'd like to point out here that I will also be enforcing these rules strongly, and I'm glad people took the time to read them. The rules for signatures state you may have your 800x160 pixel sig plus one line of text/userbar. So those with more than one will also have theirs removed. (Smileys count as text)

Also, expanding on the worthless posts idea, make sure that your posts also relate to the topic in hand. If you suddenly switch to an unrelated topic, I will delete the posts on that topic in an attempt to reintroduce the old topic.

There, hope this one's "in the rules".

Being myself admin on a gaming forum (french www.somua.com Battlefield series community website) i've had to use even stronger rules to stop the invasion of stupid/double/nonsense/useless posts. We've also had to totally remove sigs back in the past as people always tend to reach the biggest size allowed, at some point our screens had more sigs than text showing.

Oh, and knowing what it is i'd like to say you guys are doing a great job.

Well, times up people, Friday has arrived. The crackdown has started.

Bbefore I do get started however, there is one minor change: Originally, I posted:

Worthless Posts: Something I continue to see time and time again. People making one word posts, saying “cool” or “lol”. This will not be tolerated. If you can’t make a worthwhile post, please don’t bother posting. Any post that is deemed worthless is only going to end up deleted anyway.

From now on, if you wish to make a post, you make it a paragraph or nothing. It doesn’t have to be a huge paragraph; one or two lines should suffice. Until people can quit with the worthless posting, this rule is going to be enforced.

Whatever the reason you make for your post, make it interesting. If you are posting a reply from a video, a screenshot, or an idea, post what you like about it, and what you dislike about it along with a general opinion. Make you post count, make it stand out.

The part to take note here is that highlighted in bold.

Instead of making it a paragraph (which isn't always possible) I'm making it a sentence. Lets say that the message has to be (at least) one sentences' width of the page. - Those that cannot apply to this WILL have their comment(s) removed.

Other than that, the rest of the rules apply.
