install a nidivia geforce 5500 3d fuzion, does anyone have application profile
 

hello,

I am new here. I have just recently install a new graphic card, nividia geforce 5500 3d fuzion. I am new to this graphic card and I was just looking around the setting and trying to understand the whole concept. basically, I am look to set my setting so that I can get the most out of it. as i was browsing through the menu, i saw a application profile for several type of games (doom III, medal of honor...etc) I didn't see any warcraft III application profile. Therefore, I would like to know what kind of setting should i do to get most out of warcraft III especially dota star. unless there is a link that I can dl a application profile of warcraft III. thank you for reading this post and I hope to see some advice on how to set up the nividia setting.


i realize that you might need my computer setting.. pentium 1.8 384 mb ram and of course the new graphic card.

As you may have seen there are about 20 profiles for specific games. These profiles wont enhace your fps much. I have tried some different settings for you, but couldnt see the difference. The standard settings are most of the times the best settings (except for 1 or 2 different settings). Take a look at the differences of the profiles...

Also, the FX5500 is nothing but a higher clocked FX5200, its a kinda very low budget card...

In my opinion you should leave things as they are, setting ingame options higher will get you higher quality gameplay.

thank you for info. I didnot know that geforce 5500 is higher clock of 5200. Do you meant like overclock graphic card? I thought they are suppose to print on box saying that this geforce is overclock. because at some point in time, i would like to overclock my graphic card althought i know that I will have to add some kind of heat sink or cooling system. I would like to know more information about this.
