battle.net patch problems
 

i am haveing trouble istalling the battle.net patch version 2.84 "i think" it says it cant create a file called "warcraft" and it cant find some maps or somthing.

can u help?

Did you check to make sure your running a completly legal version of Warcraft?

i think it is legal i borrowed for the local game rental place and the code things are all vaild. How do i tell it is legal?

Yeah.... Thats not going to work :P. Chances are other people have tried the same thing you've tried and down the road got the CD Key banned from battle.net. Most likley their renting you the game for single player use, not multiplayer use.

alright can i use a borrowed rain of chaos disc and the frozen throne disk off a freind who dosn't have the net? or do i have 2 but it?

hey i got a prob iv been playing WC3 frozen throne for yonkz and theres a new patch i download it thenni restart WC3 like it sayd then it gos a error has ecourde aydi yardie yardie and then i click on details and it says this esactly
