W3: FT classic still a casual giant?
 

When I go to the european lobbies, I see alot of modded games like Dota, but hardly Classic W3 gaming (without mods).

Still the e- sports relevance of W3 is higher than the of C & C, because it has intel extreme masters support. And of course they dont play mods, they play W3 Frozen Throne classic.

Isnt it a bit weird?

How is it on the asian and american servers? Do they play mods or classic?

There's not much of a point to play a classic game in custom games... You can either play a ladder game or a tournament or a private custom game rather than waiting for a classic game to show up in the custom game list.

And also: on the US servers the dota hype is even worse than on european...
