unreal help

can some one help me i am having trouble playing unreal over the internet every time i try to connect it tells me connecting connecting faild please some one its killing me help

more info please, Ie...what patch are you running...the latest is 436.

we hadn't got a patch at all, after reading your post we have patched it to the 436 version and it seems to be working better. we do keep getting messages now though that tell us we need the epiccustommodels. I think we need to do some downloading of patches etc to get us up to the level everyone else seems to be at, thanks for your post,
