First of all, The MS networking client works fine for 98 and 95. But, you really dont need that as the games are going to bypass the MS Networking Client (if its installed) anyway. My advice to you, since you dont seem very network saavy is to install both Network Interface Controllers, leave them set for DHCP. MS Windows will automatically configure them on the Class B subnet 169.x. At that point (as long as you have link lights on your HUB for both NIC's) you should be able to establish a UT game.
Very seldom is there hardware in-compatabilities, and when there are, its usually because you bought cheap equipment.
