Help! Serious Annoying Problem

This is the type of problem that will leave me slammin my hand against the mouse, and hitting my computer with a sledge hammer. I will be in a game of unreal tournament, and for no reason whats so ever my secondary or primary fire will never stop. I take my hand off the mouse and keyboard. And the guy keeps shooting, one after another, bullet after bullet. I have a Geforce 2 mx, with windows millenium, direct x 8, and newest patch. I am running it in Direct 3d.
