Curse those electrical storms
 

Well that I've lost both my computers to a severe electrical storm, I can only cry. $hit, my athalon 850 and my g4 are fried. One big mistake on my part, I forgot to put the surge protector between the cable modem and my network card...Well It will be awhile till I replace them. Time to unpack my P2 350 again

Don't you have home or renters insurance? Mine covers stuff like that(renters) You should get it if you don't have it. Shit I would commint suicide if my PC's did that! http://boards.ioerror.com/mad.gif

I thought I did, but the insurance policy covers theft and vandalism...Not electrical strikes. The worse part is I'm a graphic designer and I use both of my computers to do the graphics...The more I think about it, the more I'm getting pissed off. Well there's not much I can do now, and almost no sense getting pissed. Though it does mean no more UT or any games till I can afford to replace my computers.
