another server quicky....

ok, i'm out online getting my butt kicked somewhere, and somebody passes me a location where we can hook up.
i get there, enjoy the ping and atmosphere.
now, at this point all i have is a bunch of numbers.
how do i then back out to get the servers' name and / or add it my favorites list?
