Isn't there a federal law against this sort of thing? Methinks some investigation is in order. Personally those pics don't bug me, it's the intent.

May need to REQUIRE registration. Don't know how much of the agreement holds to unregistered posts.

Ban IPs. Yep.
This is generally a great forum. One of the better I've seen as far as the average attitude goes. Sure, we all make mistakes or words without facial expression, voice tone, etc. get misunderstood. But this forum has a knack of getting through it.
