Umm...dude...just press the Esc key when it starts up, then it will skip the intro and take you to the UT menu.

First lines in "unrealTournament.ini" in the Unrealtournament/system folder:

EDIT THE 5th LINE

[URL]
Protocol=unreal
ProtocolDescription=Unreal Protocol
Name=Player
Map=Index.unr
LocalMap=Entry.unr


It will then skip the intro.
