New UT mod needs weapon modellers!!

Hi all
I am stryker8, and me and some mates are working onthis new mod (UNREAL FORCE) We know a thing or two about scripting, but help is always useful. But the main subject is, that i am looking for weapon modellers, I have 3d studio max 2.5, but i don't know how to work with it. So please Help me!!!!
