How do you get your character to use the android voice? For example, "I am the alpha and omega"

I've had the same problem. I have a bandaid but not a solution. Go to the user.ini file under UT\system folder. Here is my initial commands.

Name=Goofy
Class=BotPack.TBoss
team=255
skin=BossSkins.Boss
Face=BossSkins.Boss
Voice=BotPack.VoiceBoss
OverrideClass=Botpack.TBoss

This is crude, but it works, Note: Do not attempt to go to player setup and change anything. You will lose the "andriod" voice you were looking for.

Now, this address states they have a true fix to the problem but it hasn't worked for me.

u have to beat the game to get that voice to work... i kno becuz i did it... that voice goes wit the boss skin (Xan) once u beat the game u get to use hiz skin in multiplaya or if u suck u can hack the game to get the skin and voice.
