Skins for Windows?

Check out a program called Window Blinds. It allows you to skin Explorer. Look for it at www.download.com

I sort of like windowblinds, exept it seems to slow down the system a bit, and also sometimes the skins fuck up. Not to mention acording to the windows liscense agreement, it is illegal. But not that we really care about that.

Windows XP is skinnable. It uses the xml format to create them. pretty nifty. its to replace the themes that were found in win95 that everyone hated.
