Where is the Keg-o-health in Coret CTF?

Hi...

Are there any resources for showing where some of the health/weapons etc is located in the CTF maps?

(Not that I know of, really... there might be. I'd just explore the levels...)

I haven't played CTF, DOM or AS much, so I have to figure out where all those 'secrets' are... Any suggestions?
