I have another question to, do I need DirectX 7.0 on my server? If not will this effect the way others play on it?

It's a dedicated server only!

Try calling your DSL isp. They could be blocking those ports.

Can people play on your server?
Are you using some type of router/firewall?

I can't be my ISP, you can play on it with no problem.

Something tells me it's the Proxy that is not allowing me.

Yes it is running proxy 4.0 (Microsoft NT proxy) but the modem is installed on that PC, and I am not aware of actually using it unless NT automaticly uses it, even on the server. Which it probably does.

Disable any proxies and shit. Who needs them anyway! http://boards.ioerror.com/biggrin.gif They blow! But you may want to check out the admin page. Maybe they have a way to get past proxies. If it was me I would just take all that shit off. http://boards.ioerror.com/biggrin.gif

Umm......thanks Moose, but I cna't do that since it is a work server. http://boards.ioerror.com/biggrin.gif
I have checked out TheAdmin Page, couldn't really find anything around my problem. It's OK though, I'll just use PCAnywhere I guess.

Thanks though, and I will agree with you, proxy does suck! I'm getting a router. yep, right now...lol

Funny a guy in Zenkai is having the same problems you are. I am not sure if he has a proxy or not but same problem.

Good Luck

But that is the best I've come up with for now. I'm still looking into it though!

Thanks

ya thats how murda does it too. But lets say that IE freezes (good old reliable M$) and therefore hoses your system. GREAT! Now you have a UT server that is as good as a 56k connection. http://boards.ioerror.com/biggrin.gif
