can anyone send me this mutator

I saw, on mod central, a mutator named double enforcer spawn. I wanted it, so I tryed to download it, but it didn't work. If any of you have it, could you plz send me a copy of it??

Go get the Crotch-shot mutator. not only does it RULE! but it comes with an enforcer ARENA mutator in the zip too!!! Who needs all them other weapons!!!

I don't care about the other weapons, but other people might. I woulden't want to diprive the other players of there other weapons.
