Can anyone help with this error

I have the latest patch even with the older patches this happened.Ok First I lose the gun soon after I lose use of the keyboard,Then I am locked up And I crash.In the log I get this error "warning D3D Driver:vidmem Dispostion:141 1 "
The system pent3 733megs ram gforce256 368 drivers,vortex 2500 sound card 2048 drivers
only happens with unreal tournament,This problems happens five to ten mins into game

i used to get the same thing. except my specs for my comp are slightly different, but i have the geforce 256, everything seems to run rather smoothly under any kind of "video driver" except for d3d. i even updated my geforce's driver. didn't help. not a great solution, but oh well.
