Whats up with the green guys in assult??

These green bastards are pissing me off in multiplayer...i cant tell whos on my team when half the players r green..whats up with that??? also..when i try to host a game, it just sits there with "waiting for other players...what the hell am i doing wrong???i know im not the sharpest knife in the drawer but jeez, iv tried every setting..cant get bots to play in MP while waiting for others to join.....
