how do i get different voices and skins on ?
 

i have downloaded some kool skinz that i like and i dont know how to use em ... also iv herd some weird voices talk over the game and say different things.. how do they do that? PLZ help me out!... daShamen@hotmail.com or just post another message

In order to use a new skin or voice on line, the server you're playing on has to have the same skin/voice that you're using.

Skins;
the skins you got came zipped right?
inside you usualy find two files. one has the
the suffix "int" as in;

soldierskins.int

copy this into your unreal tournament SYSTEMS file.

the other file has the sufix "utx" as in;

soldierskins.utx

copy these files into your unreal tournament TEXTURES file.

Now boot your game and the extra skins will show on your options for bots and player.

voices;
first open your User.ini file
(if you did a default instalation, it should be;
C:/unreal tournament/system/User.ini)

somewhere near the top of the file you will see this:
Voice=BotPack.VoiceMaleTwo

you simply edit to which ever voice you wanna use;

Voice=BotPack.VoiceMaleOne
Voice=BotPack.VoiceMaleTwo
Voice=BotPack.VoiceFemaleOne
Voice=BotPack.VoiceFemaleTwo
Voice=BotPack.TBoss

NB. select your skin in the game BEFORE you edit the file!
