How to get bullet time if u play with bots...
 

U have the console command slomo, well dld utbinder, bind a key to slomo # (number for how slow u wan't example: .4) and bind another key to slomo 1 (normal speed) then ingame press the first key to get slow motion and then press the other key to have normal gamespeed again, it's that simple!!!!!!:dance:

Slomo ain't quite the same as bullettime..=( you ever tried the Lazy Matrix mod for UT1? I *really* hope someone does a remake for UT2003..

lazy matrix wasn't so good but there was a reel bullet time with bullet trails and stuff to...
