do u have to have uPaint in order to skin in ut2k4? if so where can i get upaint..

You can skin without it, but for amateur skinning there's nothing better. It's on your UT2003/4 playdisc, in the Extras folder.

*shrugs* any image editing program you can think of. Even Paint could do the trick if you're feeling masochistic, but I doubt anyone would want to download it :P. I'm no skinner though so I can't really take you through the entire procedure, I just know certain parts.
