UT Map As School Project

My school is having me make an unreal tournament map as a huge project, but I have to tone down the violence. I was thinking about making it the same game in essence but with no bloodspray and the words "Phaser Tag" On everything. If anyone knows how to basically make every weapon look like a laser weapon, please, let me know. I'm especially interested in a lightsaber type effect, for a melee weapon, and how to change the graphics for the HUD screen.

sounds liek a gd project wat lesson? u would have to mod all dis but search d$k or dead shot killers to go to the clan website and they have rele gd tutorials which are from a different website on mapping to codeing like all d stuff u want but u shud make the insta gib mutater into ur mod and then take away blood sumhow ask a coder to help and load ur maps wit d stuff for instagib and no blood and find out how to change the name of the weapon and make words come and then ur dun easily

Well, I actually want it to be non-instagib, and I can turn off gore in the options menu for the most part, maybe re-code a little bit. I was thinking of coding it to look like you translocated away when you die, instead of the gore, so I'd need some help with that. Also, I can load weapon skins into paint shop if i can decompress them, so those will be easy to edit. I really just need help with changing the weaponfire graphics to all being a kind of reddish color, and sort of lasery. And making the explosions look less like explosions of fire and more like explosions of laser. You see, I'm not allowed to have this thing loaded down wth violence since its for school, and I need this project to graduate.

It's just a map. That sounds like having to edit weapons, code, etc.

Just make you're map, and when it's done set the "Reduced Gore" option to ON (check marked) and no blood and no falling apart bodies. With all weapons.
