how can i put images that i got from the internet in my stickerbook in the skineditor

how can i put images that i got from the internet into my stickerbook at the skineditor??? i am wanting to make my own skins for download on sites and i really need to know this because else i can't make my own skins with my own personalized stickers on it, you see????
