Help, sidewinder precision2 nedd configuring
 

I bought a Sidewinder Precision2 Joystick to help in my quest to fly planes ala TopGun style but im having a right ballache to try and configure the joystick so it works!!!

1st it seems you have to allocate the buttons a keystroke but im having trouble getting BF1942 to reconnise my actual STICK so i can move left right forward backward etc, it notices the buttons fine but i cant get it to see the Stick!!

Can anyone please help me!!!

Well, have you installed the drivers for it, or run windows' own joypad configuration program?
