Voodoo 5 video problem HELP

Can anyone tell me if they have ever encountered this before? Driver problem, monitor problem, video card problem?? http://stormspeed.freeservers.com/i-1.jpg just copy and paste it if pic doesnt come out. Thanks!!

First of all, try a different monitor, if the problem goes away then you know that its the monitor. Also, does this happen just in Windows or in everything(like your BIOS screen)? If its just Windows, then it may very well be a driver issue, if not, then it may be that your card has gone bad.

I've encountered something very similar before with a pair of ATi Rage Fury cards. One was overclocked too high for too long, the other had its fan fail. Both were permanately damaged.

That doesn't look like a monitor problem.

Could be the card. Also make sure there's no bent pins in the monitor's connector.

Make sure the card is full seated in it's slot - sometimes you'll see something like that if the card isn't sitting level and one or two pins are barely making contact on one end of the edge connector.
