win2k memory tool
 

is there something outta like cacheman for win2k or such a thing?
or isn't this necessary or possible for this os?

not needed, all the little memory management tweaks used in 9x are used by default in 2k.
and if you want to check your memory usage/managemnt just pop up taskmanager.
