Default What Upgrades Required To Run These Games

My system details are:

160G hard disk seagate
2G ram ddr2
Intel dual core processor 2.2G
Builtin/Integrated board videocard at 256M shared memory

What updates would I require to run these games with a smooth framerate:

GTA IV
Street Fighter IV

Also, can someone advise me about the best offline [bots] version of counter strike? I don't want to play online so a good bots play version is required with nice weapons. Right now I have version 1.6

Its all a Chequer-board of Nights and Days
Where Destiny with Men for Pieces plays
Hither and thither moves, and mates, and slays
And one by one back in the Closet lays

GTA IV is probably the more demanding game as it is a poorly ported console game.

Here are some benchmarks:
Benchmark Results: Grand Theft Auto IV : Part 3: Building A Balanced Gaming PC

Most of the hardware listed there is outdated but good enough to run the game at high resolutions, so if you buy an used videocard and maybe an used slightly faster dual core CPU that fits on your socket you should be good to go. For example an Intel E8400 (if your motherboard supports it) and a 5000er ATI card.

Hmm.

I have a core i5 4G ram Acer laptop with 1G memory dedicated video card. I don't use it for gaming though. Will GTA run smooth on that?

Not enough information. What video card specifically, and what i5? At a guess I'd say no, at least not on high, but it depends on what you actually have.
