exclaim Tritton ax720 headset problem

I recently received a Tritton AX 720 Gaming headset for Christmas, which worked fine up until about two days ago. Now there is only sound coming through the left ear piece, and adjusting the cable on the box that connects to my ps3 doesn't help.

I know it isn't the Playstation 3, because the sound in the right ear piece doesn't work on my 360, or my laptop either.

Help?

Default Re: Tritton ax720 headset problem

Sounds like the headset itself is broken, if the right channel doesn't work connected to anything. If you just got it for Christmas, it should still be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so contact them and arrange a replacement.

I mean, it could be fixable if you're really handy with a soldering iron, but frankly I don't think it would be worth the risk of voiding your warranty.
