I have checked this already. I tried both a VGA and a DVI cable. Both with the same result. I would try a HDMI cable but I don't want to get a converter just for checking if this is a issue or not.
(My graphics card has a HDMI connection on it which has so far, been unused).
cant you put up a monotone solid color, what you got there loks like a glowing ground flare during an attack and the leakage looks like clouds at night.

In point of fact, that "glowing ground glare" is actually meant to be a sun, with the Destiny (ship from SGU) passing by it, but that is besides the point of this thread, lol.
Here is a cleaer picture with just a flat blue background. It wouldn't show up on a white background too well.
