Default Sansa Sandisk C250 mp3 player help

I think i messed up my sansa c250... It was saying some of my tracks were bad, so i went into the menu in the player and did a reformat, with the SD card still in. That right there was a bad move. Now my player wont show up on my PC and will only show up if i have the SD card in, but it thinks the SD card is the player. Does anyone know how to fix this?
I updated the firmware that didn't help.

you could try this: SansaE200Unbrick < Main < Wiki
it should also work with the c200 series.
