come get red faction tips

I noticed some gossip about red faction, i have the game for ps2, and if the p.c. version is anything like it, it will kick major faction ass. If any of you guys were into the lobby sootout in THE MATRIX, then there is a multiplayer level in this game for you. Imagine running imbetween pillars, while dodging missiles, grenades, and the ever devastating rail gun beam shooting through walls, all this is going on while your freind blows a hole through the wall and stomps u with an atomatic shotgun. the best part of the game is the geo mod thechnology. I hate games where you can't progress any further because a dinky wall is in the way, JUST PUT A ****ING HOLE IN IT!. It's cool to watch missles fly over-head and smash a chunk out of the wall. And the glass shattering affects are cool, just don't step by an exploding window, the shards will tear you to shreads. I'm going to buy the pc version too, it's gonna rule, you guy's do the talking now,........FACTION RULES!!!!!!!!

I just played the demo and yes, this is The greatest 3D engine's produced in a long time.
being able to blast true walls and ****.
And its not that the hole's are prefixt, its all done in RealTime.
Unbe****ing leaveble.
But the greatest thing of all, you dont need a 1,5gig machine to play it at a frame rate of 30, it runs Great on my 600mhr 60frame's a sec, will im blasting halve of the level to peaces.

Great Game and i will buy it for Sure!

right on, and eshwaaaz does,'t know what he's talking about, he says theirs no good death animation, trust me, he's wrong, theirs nothing like blowing someone into a wall via double barreled shotgun, this game rules!

It is definitely not the best engine ever. It's really ****ing ugly compared to most new games. I haven't seen animation that bad since those old 2.5D games like Doom and Duke3d.
GeoMod is awesome though. It definitely makes the game entertaining. I doubt it would be that difficult to incorporate into a prettier engine though. It's always been a matter of performance, not that is was too difficult to program.
Anyone who bitches about Bullet Time being a gimmick is not allowed to like Red Faction cause if BT is a gimmick then so it GeoMod

Where can I find the demo. I went to the site that voodooextreme posted a couple of days ago, but it was in another language and way slow.

If you have a fast connection and it is no trouble could you e-mail me the Red faction demo you downloaded, or suggest a place to download it from.

Let me know if you can e-mail so I can give you my address other than my hotmail one, because it can't hold that much data.
