Voodoo 3 3000 + Win2k Professional + OpenGL in Half-life CS B6.6 = Not working

I just installed Win 2000 Professional on my computer along with Win 98 when I tried playing Counter-Strike with OpenGl minifx driver selected it tells me opengl isnt compatable with my video card but yet it works fine in win 98... got any answers?
