Weird loading
 

I have been having some problems with weird loading during some games. It skips like load but there's no cause to load and sometimes it crashes. I have the latest det3 drivers and dx8. I recently upgraded from a tnt2 pci to a geforce2 mx 200 agp. This happens to most of the games I play, especially the newer ones. These are most noticed in Max Payne, Dark Age of Camelot beta and the demo of Red Faction. My system specs are:
p3 733mhz
256mb ram
geforce2 mx 200 32mb ddr ram
via pci sound card
18gb hd
generic 52x cd rom

Do you have the lates drivers for your motherboard chipset ?

Also did you completely remove all the drivers from your old card ?


Also check your IRQ's.


if all else fails, I say reformat. but only if you need to
