Go into your System menu (right click on My Computer, go to properties, or open the Control Panel and open System) then look at the drives.. AutoPlay might be disabled there. I'm nto 100% sure that is where it is, because I'm on an NT4 box at school here, and I have LiteStep installed at home...

Under the tab "Device Manager->CD-ROM->CD-ROM name" then under the Properties for that device, then click on the Settings tab, and there's a checkbox for "Enable Autoplay" or something like that...
