How to make an online game

I was wondering how to make an online game, I wrote all of my ideas in a notebook and I was thinking that it would be a Text-Based Turn-Based MMORPG. If anybody has any programs that I could use to make it I would appreciate it, thanks.

Is all I can say, learn flash, html, php, ajax, VBScript (for asp) once you've learn't them, you should be able to do it easy.

If you want it text based, you can also try looking up telnet over commandline :P
Like NETHACK for instance.

But yeah, first learn the rest.
