I got a P3-550 (100mhz FSB) 160mb RAM and a 235 power supply. I am planning to put in a V5-5500 >>PCI<<.

I have on-board video which sucks (althouh i run Q3 @ 1024x764 on Hi-Quality with decent frame-rate)

Will a P3-550 and 160 mb RAM with 98SE be enough grunt to push this card and get some good frame rates without upgrading cpu+mobo?

I hope I reached you in time, if you plan on keeping that k6-2 the answer is not only no, but HELL NO <G>. I speak from experience. I had a K6-2 550 and it was absolutly horrible. Frame rates sucked and there was not a damn thing in the world that would help. NOTHING. I see that you plan on upgrading your processor, wise if you plan on getting it, just be sure to stay out of the k6-2 family because those processors SUCK with V5 (or maybe just in general <G>).

Good Luck!
