Default 4850 running lower clocks....?

Hi i just got my 4850 yesterday and i hooked it up ans such and now when i look at gpuz it says the core clock is 500 and the memory clock is 750 when its supposed to be 625 and 993 any help would be appreciated and also the fan speed says 0% although fan speed says 1486rpm....any help...?

Its clocking itself down while idle. Just to check though, you can look and see what clock speeds the Catalyst drivers themselves showing (Click "ATI Overdrive" to get a readout).

My 3850 always lowers it core clock while idle (not the mem though), all the way down to 300Mhz. Once you start gaming, its automatically clocked back up to 670Mhz.

ya i figured that out yesterday when running crysis sandbox thanks anyways though...
