My FireFox Bookmarks are gone.

What on earth? I was playing in my desktop, recalibrating my mouse drivers, when all of a sudden my computer crashes. I got the BSoD, restarted the computer and decided to browse the web. What do I see? All my bookmarks are gone, what the HELL did just happen?

Hapened to me as well a few times.

Thank you, i figured it out by myself though. I just found a folder with bookmark backups in my firefox directory. I had no idea it made them. I'm sure your way is good too though.

I thought they were supposed to have fixed this problem ages ago? Maybe not...

Well, I got an E-Mail (since I have the beta version) that Firefox 3 is coming out the 17th (tomorrow) so hopefully Firefox will get their act together even thought Firefox is my favorite browser, I hope that problem will be resolved. Then again it could've been that like it was your version or the BSoD caused that anyhow glad they have that bookmark recovery option
