PCs will ALWAYS be better because even if they are expensive they have the full internet connection. I don't know about any other counsels becaus I barely use them but all I know is that with computers, they release patches for bad glitches on games so if theirs a major problem on a game (which there shouldn't be;perfection) then the Pc version can release a patch to fix it so... yea you get the idea
