Default How can i Slow Painkiller down?

It feels like my guy is running at super speed and all the enemies are running extremely fast at me, and when the physics of them gib, they're all sporatic, or even when they just ragdoll, there slightly bouncing up and down like on cocaine or something, so how can i slow the games pace down, it's extremely frustrating and i just can't deal with it, i tried turning up the graphics so it would slow it down, that's worked a tad bit but my guy is still running like he's injected himself with roids and speed at the same time with twice the dosage.

Lol Roidkiller Overdose.

I know what you mean by the game being fast, but I don't think its too fast so its hard to play.

There is no vsync option.... But there is a multisampling and clipping plane option.

What graphics card do you have? Normally you can set vsnyc in Nvidia's control panel i'm sure if you can do it with ATI cards.
